Bites and Brewskies.

It’s that time of year again! We all (well, some of us) support one of the top two teams while enjoying time with friends, family, and colleagues sipping a light beer and munching on garbage snacks. I know that chips, dips, hot wings, pizza and burgers are big hits atSuperBowl parties, but they’re not always the most aesthetically pleasing dishes. We thought we’d highlight some of the cute, easy, and delicious twists for those snacks we’ve found on Pinterest and FoodNetwork.

Baked Mini Corndogs: These little spirals of goodness are just as delicious as the grainy, greasy-looking corn dogs you’re used to… only much better. And they still rate ‘easy’ on difficulty level.

Mini Mac&Cheese Bites: Who doesn’t like mac&cheese?! Pork ‘em up with diced bits of pancetta, green peas & parmesan cheese. Or heat ‘em up with kicks of cayenne, jalapeno, roasted peppers & onion. If you’re feeling daring, try a yummy, healthy twist by tossing in either broccoli or canned tuna fish. Broccoli is a superfood full of fiber & cancer-fighting nutrients. Tuna is packed with protein, nutrients, minerals, and (of course) Omega-3s.

Sliders with Chipotle Mayo: These little puppies will be the hit of the day, complete with Flay’s grillin’ flair and your favorite fix’ins. Make ‘em 2-3 bite wonders, and you’ll these disappearing in no time.

Pizza Roll Bites:  Fill these little pockets with pepperoni&mushroom, ham&cheese, peppers&onions&olives, whatever your heart desires. Most times the recipe suggest you pack the cheese and sauce right in there, but that’s not the case here. Why? The sauce is the dip, so you won’t have surprised guests dripping sauce all over themselves (nor on your carpet/furniture).

Look, when they’re into the game and their team’s fighting for the title, you don’t want your guests to have to fumble around with condiments, tongs, and DIY efforts. Make it easy on them. Whip these up, toss ‘em onto colorful platters, and pair ‘em with your fave veggies and dip to make your tablescape a feast. Trust: The little extra effort on your part will become a big win for your SuperBowl guests.
